Discovering Law Conference

Information and benefits of attending this event: This will be an exciting day exploring the study of law at university, taking part in taster workshops and debates and discussing potential careers following the degree. This unique opportunity is open to Year 12 students who would like to find out if studying law is of interest to them. Students do not need to be studying law to take part.  

How to book a place: Download an application form from https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/outreach/post16/discoveringlawconference. A teacher will also need to sign this form for you.

Any steps required to confirm your attendance with the university running the event: If you would like your attendance recognised on your RO record, please email rosheffield@sheffield.ac.uk to confirm that you are attending the day.

It may be possible to have reasonable travelling expenses reimbursed to attend an RO event/activity. You should check in advance with the university delivering the event to see if this is possible by contacting Denise Brooks at rosheffield@sheffield.ac.uk and to find out what you need to do.
