There are 5 subject strands to choose from : 1. Physics and Astronomy 2. Healthcare: Nursing\, Midwifery\, Physiotherapy\, Operating Departmental Practise and Radiography 3. Geology\, Geography and Environmental Science 4. English\, Journalism and Creative Writing 5. Business and Economics Led by academic specialists\, the sessions will allow you to explore the facilities\, equipment and engaging topics to inspire your interests within that subject area. There will also be a FREE £5.00 lunch voucher for all students to eat in one of our campus food places. You will need to arrange your own transport to and from the university campus. We prepare you for degree-level study in a supportive learning environment. This specially-supported degree programme enhances your ability in maths\, physics and chemistry\, with the aim to bring you up to the entry standard. It’s taught by academics that also teach on undergraduate degrees and takes the essential elements from the A level syllabus\, which is then applied to interdisciplinary lab work and degree-specific group and individual projects.
