This session will give participants the opportunity to learn the rudimentary basics of the Chinese and Japanese languages. Whilst historically closely related because of Japan’s use of Kanji (Chinese characters) within the wider Japanese writing system\, Chinese and Japanese are different languages\, with very different grammar and distinct pronunciation.
