UCL: Personal Statement Guidance Days

Event Information: Personal Statement Guidance Days are designed for Year 12 students to receive advice from UCL staff and students on how to write a personal statement and have the opportunity to visit the UCL campus. Personal statements are an important aspect of the UCAS application process. Writing a personal statement is your chance to show your enthusiasm for studying a subject and give a sense of who you are as an individual. The session will give you an opportunity to understand how to structure and write your personal statement. You will also receive guidance from current UCL students and get a guided tour of the UCL campus. By attending one of our sessions, you will gain valuable advice about applying to UCL.

- Eligibility:
- Personal Statement Guidance Days are open to students who are currently in Year 12 and are studying at a state school or college in the UK.
- Participants for this programme will be selected using the shortlisting criteria found on the Who We Work With webpage that can be found here.
