Black History Month Schools Conference
Location: University of Exeter Streatham Campus
Event Information: Join us on Streatham campus to celebrate Black History Month. We’re inviting RO Participants to attend our Black History Month Schools Conference. The conference will be aimed at students from year 10 to year 13 and will offer stimulating academic plenary lectures, along with subject-specific workshops from all of our university faculties. Workshops will include sessions on decolonising healthcare, African literature and more. Students will have an opportunity to take a tour of the beautiful Streatham campus. Light refreshments will be provided, but students should bring a packed lunch. The event will run from 09:30 to 15:30. RO students will be able to reclaim travel expenses.
This event is suitable for: Year 12 and 13.

For RO students we are able to fund your train travel to the event, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the event so we can purchase your train tickets.
