Writing Your Personal Statement

Event Information: Join us in this session to help start your personal statement. This session will focus on how to get started and get your ideas down on paper. We will cover: the aim of a personal statement, how to structure your personal statement, how to write about your experiences, dos and don’ts, and how to decide what to include. We will be joined by current Queen Mary students who will share their tips and advice on how to write a fantastic personal statement !
This event is suitable for: Year 12 and 13.

** Cohort 14 students: please note that the deadline to fulfil the ‘attend 2 RO events’ was 1 July 2024, this means event which take place after this deadline do not count towards this element of the programme.
