This talk tackles mental health issues, with a focus on academic stress, perfectionism, fear of failure, famous failures, building your independence ready for life after school, and the Top 4 things you can do to stay emotionally well in life. You will discover where and when to get help, and how to revise successfully without getting overwhelmed. There is a focus on going to university, but the info is applicable whatever you do after school.
