Event Information: Head Start to HE is an event for year 13 students. It is your chance to visit Newcastle University, see our campus, talk to current students, and gain information and advice to prepare you for your journey into higher education. Part of the event includes a welcome talk. Here we will discuss the afternoon, and introduce the Student ambassadors and staff who will be on hand throughout the event to answer any queries. During the event, you have the option to go on a campus tour led by a current student of Newcastle University. This is your chance to see Newcastle University and gain an insight into what it is like to study with us. During the Campus tour, you will see our main campus, and two show flats in our Halls of Residence. You will also attend 1 or 2 workshops. These workshops are designed to prepare you for your next steps in applying to University. These talks are led by recent graduates of the University and Newcastle University staff.
