Information: Bitesize Uni (BSU) is Newcastle University’s online summer school event for students in year 12/first year college. There are two strands to get involved in:

• BSU – Generic Subject Taster Strand
• BSU – Medicine Strand

We want to give you an insight into university life at Newcastle and offer you the opportunity to meet like-minded people, chat to current Newcastle University students and take part in a range of live subject taster sessions

This event will support you to:

• Make an informed decision about whether or not you want to go to university
• Choose the subjects you want to study
• Explore student life, and feel out whether it’s a good fit for you

This event is suitable for:

– Year 12

How to book a place: Visit the event website linked here to find out more and apply for a place. When applying for a place, you will be asked whether you are an RO student. If you successfully attend the event, this participation will be added to your progress checker on the RO student hub
