Event Information: Researching is an essential component to any essay, project, or experiment that you carry out. Researching can be done in a variety of ways and this session aims to provide an overview of how to manage research projects and how to carry out research in an effective manner. These skills will help you to carry out your research related projects in a timely manner, and to produce something you are proud of, but also ensuring you have some time left to enjoy a social life too!.

How to book a place: Email rops@leeds.ac.uk and if space is available we will confirm a place via email. Students must be taking part in the RO scheme and will be able to claim travel expenses for public transport on the day. Please keep all receipts and tickets as proof.

Recording your attendance on the RO student hub: Please email rops@leeds.ac.uk after the event so that your attendance can be logged on the RO database. Please include your full name, the date, time and title of the event. Uploading attendance to the RO student hub after the event is a manual process so can take some time – please do not worry about this.
