Life Skills (Part 1)
Location: University of Leeds, Leeds, LS2 9JT
Event Information: Our Life Skills session will focus on all aspects of employability! We understand how crucial it is for you to get work experience so you can boost your UCAS application and CV, and Life Skills will give you the help and advice you need to stand out from the crowd. In this session we will cover:
- The different types of work opportunities available to you, and how to find them
- How to write a CV and cover letter
- How to target your application to the job description
- Email etiquette when contacting employers
