Event Information: When Donald Trump re-entered the White House in January 2025, there remained uncertainty about what to expect. Such ambiguity was unusual for a president beginning their 2nd term, but the circumstances of Trump’s return to office were themselves extraordinary. Hence, there was reason to think that Trump 2.0 would be more than just a re-run of Trump 1.0. Five months in, have we seen Trump uncaged?
