Warwick Year 12 Sutton Trust Summer School
Location: University of Warwick Campus, CV4 7AL, Coventry
Event information: Our Year 12 Sutton Trust Summer School is a fantastic opportunity for students to learn more about university life. Over the course of the Summer School, you will explore what it is like to be a 1st-year undergraduate student at Warwick. You will be taught by leading academics and post-graduate students in a range of interactive lectures and seminar-style group-work sessions. Our friendly student ambassador team will also be around to support you throughout the Summer School and make you feel at home. As current Warwick students, they are perfectly placed to answer your questions about university life and the student experience.
Academic sessions will centre on a specific subject or topic stream. For 2022, these are:
- Classics and Ancient History, Film & Television Studies and History of Art
- Engineering and Computer Science
- Law
- Philosophy, Politics & Economics
- The Biology of Health and Care: Prevention, Detection and Technology
- The Colonial Hangover – An Interdisciplinary Summer School
Our 2022 summer school will be taking place on campus from Tuesday 23 – Friday 26 August, with up to 3 virtual events happening in the months leading up to the residential itself.
Full eligibility criteria can be found here. We are looking forward to welcoming students to take part in this brilliant opportunity!
