Engineering Taster Day

Location: University of Birmingham’s Edgbaston campus.

Event Information:  Our Engineering Taster Day is for Year 12 pupils who are thinking about applying to university to study an engineering degree. Our Engineering Taster Day is held at the University of Birmingham’s Edgbaston campus beginning at 9.45am (registration from 9.15am) and finishing around 3:30pm. Throughout the day you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the different types of engineering; taking part in engineering workshops, and meeting current students and staff. The day itself is free to attend, but students must make their own accommodation, travel and sustenance arrangements. We ask that only pupils who are taking Mathematics A-level and thinking seriously about studying Engineering at university attend.

This event is suitable for: Year 12.
