Study Skills at university

Event Information: This webinar will help you to understand the differences between learning at school and university and consider the essential skills required to be successful in higher education. This sessions will provide you with the skills and resources to help you become an effective independent learner which you can adopt in your current and future studies. You will learn about:
- How learning is different at university compared to school, college and sixth form
- Discover different teaching methods at university, Learn how you can develop specific skills to support your learning
- Learn how to manage your time and organise your work
- Learn about your own skills and how you learn best.
We will joined by current Queen Mary students who will share their experiences of academic study and share tips and advice and answer any of your questions. This session is at year 12 and 13 students.
