Astbury Conversation 2024

Event Information: We’re inviting you to gain a fascinating insight into life in Biological Sciences by attending the international molecular biology community event, the Astbury Conversation 2024 which is being held at the University of Leeds. The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Illuminating Life’, which focusses on the hidden world of macromolecules. This year’s keynote speaker (invited special guest) is Professor Xiaowei Zhuang, a highly regarded biophysicist based at Harvard University. Prof Zhuang developed the STORM imaging method, which provides incredible detail on the structures located within living cells.
