Event Information: Unlock the future with the mechatronics session! Dive into the captivating realm where mechanics, electronics, and computer science converge to create engineering a reality. In this session, participants will embark on a journey through the core principles of mechatronics, getting hands on, practical experience to build their own remote controlled Sumo Wrestling robot! Evaluate your design, make tweaks to your robot, and compete against each other to become the RfE Sumo Wars champion! Participants will also gain an insight into the world leading research and development in robotics that is currently going on at the University of Leeds, enabling you to see if a career in engineering is the right thing for you.
